Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Account data (name, email, password hash), the business information you give Leena (website, goals, brand details), your conversations with Leena, and the knowledge files she writes for your workspace. If you connect third-party services, we store the OAuth tokens needed to act on your behalf, encrypted at rest.

2. Data from connected services

When you connect a service (Google, Salla, Snapchat, TikTok), Leena reads only the data needed for the features you use: analytics and search performance, store products and orders, ad campaign data, or account information for publishing. This data is used to generate insights and content for you. It is never sold, never used to train models, and never shared with other customers. Disconnecting a service deletes its stored credentials.

3. How we use data

To operate Leena: running your requests through AI models, generating content and plans, showing your performance dashboards, and firing the automations you approved. Model providers process conversation content to produce responses; we do not permit them to use it for training. We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand product usage.

4. Storage and security

Data is stored with established cloud providers. Third-party access tokens are encrypted with industry-standard encryption. Transport is always over HTTPS. Access to production systems is limited to Soloship.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with the processors needed to run the service (hosting, database, AI model providers, payments) and when the law requires it.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your data, disconnect any integration, or delete your whole account by contacting us. We answer within 30 days. We comply with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
